Trailer Giveaway

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 Continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age in their state or province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Premier Mega Truck Racing Inc. ("Sponsor"), and their affiliated entities (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 24, 2024, and ends at 12:00 p.m. EST on April 19, 2025.

How to Enter:

Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.Premiermegatruckracing.com and purchase eligible products for automatic entry. Purchases involving declined credit or debit transactions or returns are not eligible.
Mail-In Entry: Handprint your full name, complete valid address, valid phone number with area code, valid email address, and birth date on a 4" x 6" postcard and mail it to: P.O BOX 38, MCKENNEY, VA 23872 . You will receive 2 entries per postcard. Limit One-Hundred (100) mail-in postcards per person.
Bonus Entries: Additional entries may be offered during specific periods announced on the website.
Entry Limits: No more than 200 entries per person, regardless of entry method.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: 24ft Triple Crown Custom Deck-Over Trailer + $500.00

Prize Drawings:

Entry Period Drawings: Random drawings will be conducted within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the Entry Period to award prizes from among eligible entries.
Finalist Drawing: On or around March 10th, 2025, ten (10) finalists will be randomly selected from all entries.
Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) finalist will be randomly selected as the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize consists of a Custom Triple Crown Deck-Over Trailer (approximate retail value: $7,000) and $500.00 Cash (ARV: $500.00).

No purchase necessary. All entry rules as described above follow for mail-in entries.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees related to the prizes. The Grand Prize must be claimed by May 1, 2025, or may be forfeited.

Additional Terms for Travel: The winner is responsible for transportation for pickup of trailer and any personal expenses. The Sponsor is not liable for any issues related to travel.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via phone, email, or mail. Failure to respond or to provide required documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Disqualification and Limitations: Any entries that do not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of technical issues or other causes beyond its control.

Releases: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any liability arising from participation or use of any prize. They also agree to waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Publicity: Participation constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without compensation, where permitted by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected through this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by California law, with all disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Severability: If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
